Fixed a typo in documentation of the file demonstrations_v2/tutorial_stochastic_parameter_shift, from 'an measurement' to 'a measurement'.

@doctorperceptron Do we have specific requirement for time stamp? Honestly I myself always only maintained the date 😓

Thanks for opening this PR @fedesss98! The specific time isn't important. You can leave it unchanged, or put all zeros if you like.
